Retail agreements and commercial agent agreements

The selling of products requires either a retail agreement or a commercial agent agreement. A retailer sells the products within its own business and in its own name. An agent, on the other hand, acts on behalf of and in the name of the principal.
A retail agreement commonly consists of terms and conditions of the retail as such, as well as conditions regarding, for example, the termination of the contract. Commercial agent agreements are regulated by law, though they are often combined with terms and conditions agreed between the parties.
