When is a distribution executor needed?<\/h2>\n

How is an estate distribution executor compensated?<\/h2>\n

Generally, the cost of the estate distribution executor is paid in equal shares by the parties. The responsibility for payment is joint, which means that the estate distribution executor can demand payment from one of the parties. Under certain circumstances, you may be entitled to compensation for five hours of work through a provision known as the fee guarantee for the estate distribution executor.<\/span><\/p>\n
