Estate administrator
Estate administrator
When a person dies, the possessions and the estate of the deceased are usually managed by the estate owners jointly. This requires those involved to agree on the decisions that need to be made.
If this does not work, either because the parties fail to agree or because it is simply too difficult and comprehensive, an estate administrator can be appointed by the district court.
An application for an estate administrator can be made by any of the estate owners.
You apply for an estate administrator at the district court. In addition to an application fee, the administrator of the estate receives compensation for his or her work from the estate. We have many years of experience as estate administrators.
