Estate administrator

When a person dies, the possessions and the estate of the deceased are usually managed by the estate owners jointly. This requires those involved to agree on the decisions that need to be made. If this does not work, either because the parties fail to agree or because it is simply too difficult and comprehensive, an estate administrator can be appointed by the district court.
