We offer employers and employees help when signing a contract of employment or in the case of notice and dismissal. We assist employers in negotiations under the Employment (Co-Determination in the Workplace) Act (Lag om mebestämmande i arbetslivet, MBL).

We assess and evaluate how staff issues are handled and affect the agreement between buyers and sellers in connection with company transfers. We design competition clauses in connection with business transfers or in employment contracts to avoid such clauses being declared invalid.
