Estate distribution
Estate distribution
The distribution of a deceased person’s assets is known as the distribution of an estate. Before the estate is distributed, the inventory of the estate must be finalised. It is then decided who will get what and if anyone needs to be bought out. The estate owner is not personally responsible for any debts of the deceased. This means that any debts that cannot be paid are usually written off.
If the heirs cannot agree, there are different ways to resolve conflicts. We have many years of experience of assignments as administrators of estates, producers of inventory lists, and executors. Our legal knowledge is your security.
